Availability/Booking

If you wish to make a booking, please click on the link below. You will be taken to an online form where you will be asked to enter your personal details and dates required. Please enter the arrival date and departure date; bookings begin on Fridays after 15:00hrs and end on Fridays by 10:00hrs. If you would like your booking to commence on a different day of the week, please contact us by email or phone to discuss your requirements.
Payment
Once we have checked your booking request (usually within 24 hrs) and confirm that the booking may proceed, you will be sent an electronic invoice for the deposit. A non-returnable 20% deposit is payable immediately upon acceptance of your booking. A final invoice for the remaining 80% will be sent eight (8) weeks prior to your arrival. If you book within eight weeks of arrival, the full amount will be due upon making a booking. Bookings cancelled within eight weeks of arrival will incur a penalty amounting to 90% of the booking fee unless the accommodation can be re-let. If the accommodation can be re-let for the whole duration of your booking, your booking fee less your non-refundable deposit will be refunded. All invoices must be paid within five (5) days of receipt. In order to simplify payments and minimise fraud and non-payable cheques, we have chosen to use the PayPal service for invoicing. You do NOT require a PayPal account to make payment though you may choose to use your PayPal account if you have one. Invoices may be settled online by any major credit card or by direct electronic payment from your bank account. Clicking on the hyperlink in your electronic invoice will take you to a secure, PayPal transaction website where you may choose your payment method.
