Unfortunately, we do receive a significant amount of spam email messages. These often appear to be genuine enquiries but if we just hit the “reply” button we then get bombarded with even more spam emails!

 

Therefore, please include the email address that you would like us to reply to in the body of your message AND a contact telephone number. It is rare for “spammers” to do this, so we’ll be able to distinguish genuine enquiries from the time-wasters.

 

If you do not provide your email address in the body of your message and provide a contact telephone number, we will not be able to respond to your enquiry. We are sorry that we have to follow this policy but we have been forced to do so by the high volume of spam email received.
